Sorry, don't get on hear much these days. The part number is: 55353153 (This is the right side output shaft seal for LSJ) - should cost around $29.00 from GM Dealer. You also need the removal tool as-well, which you can pick up at Napa for around $11.00. If you do not have the special install tool you then can use a small block of wood. I did that the first time I did this. The important thing is that you do not damage the new seal and that you fully seat it 100% all the way around. I used a small mirror and a light to check all angles to make sure it was good to go. Hope this helps!
