Update for me. Over the last 9 months my weight has gone from 150 to 197 lbs, my chest has gone from 36" to 47", my Biceps from 12" to 16", My calves from 12" to 17", my quadriceps from 18 to 26", my waist went from 29.5" to 33.5". Almost time to cut the fat (March will be the start). 3-4" are going to come off my waist over 12 weeks and I hope to add another couple inches everywhere else especially my arms and legs. 8 small meals a day cutting fat down to the bare minumum (30-40G a day of essential fats from olive oil flax seeds, salmon, tuna) cutting down on starchy carbs and sugars (especially in the afternoon and evening) and upping my fiberous carbs (lots of spinach, kale, green beans, asparagus, broccoli, whole fruits like raspberries and blackberries because they have a very high fiber and antioxident content) I will be eating 2G of protein per pound per day (400G for me so 50G per meal for 8 meals ) to help prevent muscle loss and encourage new muscle growth while loosing fat.
