Finally got around to doing P90x
Pro's: did wonders for my flexibility, worth doing it just for that!
Con's: didn't get much of a workout from it.
I definitely feel Crossfit is a far more effective workout program for what I do. But it doesn't help at all with my flexibility so I'll probably do P90X once a week.
oh yah also tried out the "300" workout
25pullups
50pushups
50deadlift w/135lb bar
50DB glean and press
50floor sweeps w/135lb bar
50box jumps
25pullups
20 minutes or less and form is everything.
be carefull if you try it, very easy to get injured.
