    Finally got around to doing P90x

    Pro's: did wonders for my flexibility, worth doing it just for that!

    Con's: didn't get much of a workout from it.

    I definitely feel Crossfit is a far more effective workout program for what I do. But it doesn't help at all with my flexibility so I'll probably do P90X once a week.

    oh yah also tried out the "300" workout
    25pullups
    50pushups
    50deadlift w/135lb bar
    50DB glean and press
    50floor sweeps w/135lb bar
    50box jumps
    25pullups
    20 minutes or less and form is everything.

    be carefull if you try it, very easy to get injured.

    I could bang that out quick. 25 chinups in about 30 seconds 50 pushups in about 30 seconds 50 deadlifts with 135 probably just over 60 seconds not sure what a floor sweep is? How much weight on the clean and press? How high is the box? I bet I could do that whole workout in 10 minutes or so. When I lift at the gym I do not rest much at all between sets so I am used to training hard with my heart rate at 150 BPM constantly for 45 minutes to an hour strait.

    I'd actually like to see 30 proper chin ups in 30 seconds.... They are part of our physical fitness test... That's a lot

    I can do 25 strait in ~30 seconds. No swinging and I go all the way up and all they way down. 30 in 30 seconds would be tough 1/2 second up 1/2 second down contantly.

    There's a way you can download it, but I can't remember the site it's from. My buddy did it, I can ask him if you want. I just ordered mine off ebay. Brand new with everything for like $50ish shipped. Better than the $120+ retail it usually is.

    i'll check ebay..... lol $50 isnt bad at all. i am also going to check out a gym tomorrow woot.
