gonna go speed density, just looking to see if anyone else has done it, or was thinking about it. my tuner and i agree it will be cool and easier to tune with my setup

Your a brave brave soul
you going to tune speed density via the street or a dyno?
either way... your still a brave soul lol
You don't have access to enough tables to properly tune sd.
SD on something that gets as hot as a supercharged set up is a scary idea anyways.
Those of us from the Mopar (not SRT4) world have been upset that we have to tune SD due to a lack of MAF. Lots of work went into it as part throttle boost was always an issue.
- the "other" blue redline -
I've spent 90% of my money on cars, guns and airplanes.
The rest I've wasted.
A mix of ve and maf is the best all around setup.
Doesn't VE run out of table anyways, that's why after certain KpA's they were having to tune via MAF? Or am I missing something?
yup VE tuning on the low end then maf after that. Although Omega ran his car all VE at one point in time and said it was the smoothest it's ever been
speed density is great, just not on this platform...
the op wanted to know if anyone has done it. the answer is no and the answer is no one thinks it will work. op good luck with the experiment let us know how it works out for you . OP your thread is a little misleading as it says "got rid of the maf" .
you didnt.
you will try.
we will see the results.
well see how it goes
ive got alot of custom stuff on my car that no one thought would work, its ok with me. i just run my car my way and let it speak for itself
sub'd for results..

from what i remember you didn't really let " it speak for yourself" before you posted like 2 logs of your FMIC setup and insisted it was uber leet..
sorry but even if you get it to run.. SD on these cars is a piss poor idea.. not only aren't there enough of the proper tables but also theres no reason to nix the accuracy of the maf.. people have ran 500+ hp on the stock maf sensor
mixing the ve and maf yields crap results when you start moving some serious air. halving the tables to run sd will yield crap results. the resolution is not there to do it right in the first place. maf only on this car is the only way it will work right above 290whp without any funky fueling issues. you want true sd. do a standalone.
