So been working out every other day for 2 months. since i started i take 2 stacker 2/3 and take the recommended dowses of creatine caps and nitric oxide.
the creatine is doing its job but no where near as good as powder. so ill be doing powder in the near future.
the Nitric oxide sucks i feel no burst of energy from it. i use gnc amp amplified maxertion N.O.
i ran out of stackers on monday and thought the N.O. would take over and i was drained, couldnt finish my work out.
i also take the protein powder afterward.
im about to start a calisthenics work out and i only plan on taking energy pills and N.O.s
but after that i want a to get back and the gym and get a good bit of muscle before i move on.
and help on diffrent suppliments for energy and the N.O.s
