Chicago Ecotecs: Suggestions Thread

alright everyone......so heres what i have to say. im not pointing the fingers at no one. you know who you are.

tom brough to my attention yesterday that some people are unhappy about the days meets are on. all i can say is it is no ones fault but your own. this is partially the main reason a proposed for 1 main day every single month with alternating meet spots with no voting back on css.net. doing it that way would make everyone have to plan ahead. but i figured i would be the nice guy and give everyone the option to get your say.

for one i take usually the last wednsday to friday of the month and make them all optional days for voting. times are always around 8 oclock. then it was also something to pick days inbetween to do other stuff with the club but nothing has really been brought to the table. basically im up for any day as long as we can get a majority of the people there. i would rather have 20-30 people on a wednsday then 5 people on a friday or saturday. again the whole reason i host a vote is to get the majority. most people pick wedsndays.

-----something i want to add. YES there are people that pick other days then wednsday BUT they still show up if wednsday wins the vote. you guys need to get on here and vote!!!!! if you dont you have no one to blame but yourselves and therefore in my opinion shouldnt have a say in what days the meets are. your opinion is only good if your words are spoken.

for two.....people complaining about meet spots. ITS NOT up to me to sit here and browse illinois for spots to meet. ive asked numerous times for people in the northern parts and people in the southern parts to find a spot. finally the nothern guys are bringing up other options. THERE IS NO HOLDING ON ANY MEET SPOTS!!!! THEY CAN CHANGE!!!!! my only thing is........

----- it needs to have enough room to accomodate our group.
----- it needs to have a place where we are able to hear eachother talk


basically in summary. all i want to say is get to a meet or post up in this thread if you want changes made. sorry if i offended anyone by posting this but it needed to get said.
