    Default 1988 Fiero GT

My first post on your forum. Saw something about Fieros and engine swaps. Thought I'd share my sleeper. Built in 2005 and sold last spring. It was fun but my 09 Cobalt SS sedan is more fun.

I've spent 90% of my money on cars, guns and airplanes.
    The rest I've wasted.

Give me back a few years and I'd be building another 88 but with an Ecotec/4t65. But on a retired truck drivers pension I can't afford both so I spend money on the Balt. Got interested in track days. Been on Homestead/Miami and Sebring. Also took it to the drag strip a couple of times but not having been on a track in, oh let's see, 40+ years I'm a little rusty. Make that corroded!

Looks good. I've considered a lot of different things for my next car build. Definitely want something RWD... hadn't even considered the Fiero's. Hmmmmmm...

    welcome to the site

i love Fieros, wanted one REALLY BAD as my first car but my parents wanted to put me in something "more reliable"..... maybe one day i'll pick one up to tinker with. unfortunately i can't see the pics at work, so i'll check them out later.

you must purchase a membership to be able to have an avatar & signature. there's a thread on here that tells you how to access the subscriptions & what each subscription includes. one thing you'll find about this site is that the money is actually used for the good of the site and that post count & mod lists aren't a measure of who you are. once again, welcome to the site.

So Maven and his dad have two fieros that have been sitting in the garage since I've known him.

Not gonna lie, there's a part of me that wants my car to get totaled from the ass end and throw the LNF in it

Nice car OP, especially with an LS1 in it

Now stiffen up the chassis, man brakes, and destroy things.
