i have this.
Devon ripped all my garbage aftermarket he stuff and the stocker.
this thing produces iat2s about 10-15 degrees cooler just regular driving.

I have stage 3 (GM) and its a summer tune so i cant really lay on her with out knocking etc.
but i will throw in 100 octane because its very close to me and have a spirited few runs.

so far this thing has produced cooler temps from the factory under cruizing, half throttle and idle.
as i said ill try and test the wot when i can.

Ya I have everything documented to compare. So far this thing is an A+ fits mint. Looks awesome from the front.

i agree 110% the cooler months are coming up so i can finally roll with the windows down for the first time in like 6 months
