    Default Site Header Suggestion

The main board shrinks to fit the width of the Internet window, however the header doesn't change. So if you don't view in full screen, the forum is fit to the browser but the header goes off out of view & is cut off. This makes a scroller appear at the bottom of the screen, and half the time It doesn't lock to left and I have to scroll left to see names of posters, etc.

Most people don't view the internet in a small browser but I do and this makes the site look less professional.

Just a suggestion, that the header adjust to fit the size of the page alongside the main board.

I would imagine this is also effected by a viewers screen resolution, so someone viewing at a low resolution may experience the same effect.

    Attached screen shot.

If I could fix it I would.

I don't even have access to that stuff.

    Only one person does.

He has like Firefox Beta too.

Not even like full version 1

I'm not really a big fan of the header as is (no offence to whomever made it). It's a lil busy. Looks a lil amateur.

I'm a tough critic cause I have a degree in Graphic Design.

Fitting it to the forum body would be a good start though.

    Make one.

Don't be a critic if you don't wanna back it up.

It's better than the original one I made in MS paint

    Another good point...

No, it's not a big deal but attention to detail is important to be successful and to come across as professional.

also at the top of the thread it neads a bottom button, when you get done reading and get to the bottom there is a button for top, just makes it easier especially when you have read pretty much every thing and come back to read some more post that were added and have to scroll down to the bottom, just my 2 cents.

The header is set to autosize with the forum....its "fluid" as they call it in vB speak. The problem is with Internet Explorer when it comes to the header not autosizing small enough. I have no idea how to fix it, and dont believe there is a fix.

The last post button is also web browser dependent and not something I have control over.

If you think the header isnt up to snuff then show me how it should look I dont have a degree in graphic arts, but I think the header definitely looks high quality when viewed at the same size as the forum as its intended.

I like the header, and I have firefox 3.6. this still happens on my machine

the boards don't resize the header at all, they just align left.

same with signature pictures, if you shrink your window enough they will overlap the forum too.
