Default I need a good diet pill to help with my weight loss.

I need to lose weight badly, and P90X is not really working out so well, since I have injuried my arm. I wanted to start taking a diet pill again. I have tried just about everything, hoodia, trimspa, just about any new product that has come out, I have tried. Trimspa worked pretty well, but I had some nasty side effects, so I will not be taking it again. Any Ideas? I am looking on GNC.com and I am lost. Im eating healthy with good protein intakes, and doing P90X but its just not working.

You lost a bit of weight awhile ago didn't you? When you changed your eating habits? Just keep plugging along... from what I've heard, people lose a good chunk of weight initially before hitting a plateau that you have to push through to continue losing weight, but it will be slower. Just keep eating right with proper excersize. If you can't use that arm, there are plenty of other excersize or cardio workouts you can do without hurting it. I personally wouldn't use a dieting pill, there are plenty of natural ways to lose weight. (however I really don't know much about dieting pills, but considering you had bad side effects, they obviously can't be the best alternative..) It is frustrating but you just have to stick with it. Disclaimer: I really don't know anything about losing weight and have never been on a diet but this is what I've heard before. lol.

There's no need to resort to a diet pill you can do the modified workouts on p90x or you could go online and search and see what other people have done to modify it for arm injuries like throwing in an extra plyo instead of chest and arms. Theres ways to do it man just stick with it

Trimspa was really good, but when I mixed that and some steroids I was on, I got really mean. I would stay in the back room doing the speed bag all day. I jumped 2 guys for calling my wife a bitch. I had real bad stomach pains too, so I stopped the steroids, and stayed on trimspa and it was the problem.

it helps you watch what you eat cause if you eat the wrong things your ass leaks and you have ♠♠♠♠ty pants at work why are you losing weight, health or vanity? you can be healthy at a higher weight. you already weigh less than i do and im not worried about either unless youre short. i ran a half marathon at 215 and ran it in 2:14. ephedrine is still one of the best things unless it cracks you out. liquid exstacy is good too but since it works so well to melt fat away most people start to abuse it and overdose. its supposed to be one teaspoon in a liter of water per day + drinking at least another gallon during the day. people then started to drink a cup a day and die/coma.

vodka jess, and coke zero. Alcohol has never played a role in my gain or loss. When I drink I eat alot less, and actually lose weight. I need to stop sitting on the computer all day, and get out there and work on my camaro.

Not eating will slow your metabolism, although causing what appears to be short term results, when you actually do eat, you pack on weight quickly.

When you do this on a regular basis, your body catches on, and it tries to store everything it can because it's anticipating a food shortage... and it needs to do that to stay alive.

I eat 3 meals a day, but just smaller portions, I was eating full plate fulls of pasta, steak mashed potatoes. I over eat, so that really helps me with not eating so much.

Debating going outside and shooting my gun up in the air, and then yelling at chuck my neighbor. And then finding the most bassy beat and putting it on in my truck and let my 2/12's do the rest. I was messing with the system in the focus, because it has sub, like the SS balts do. Well I cranked the bass up, and I was sitting in front of my house. He was o the other side of the fence. I had the windows up, and he just stops what he is doing, puts his hands on his hips and gives me the GTH look. I cranked it louder.
