    Default Torn Hammy

    So as the thread has been stated, I tore my hamstring about two months ago and prolly messed my back up as well....I can't bend over to touch my toes still.... anyone have some good stretches that I could do or had this happen to them before?

    ouch man. you have insurance? psychical therapy is going to be your best option for you to get back to 100%

    ^^^ this. deep tissue massage therapy and acupuncture with range of motion exercise under little/no load/ swimming....consult a sports professional

    They have physical therapy, but they are never here on the fob though. Army just gave me some celabrex and tiger balm. Said to stretch and stay offa it

    I wish I could if I get me a good massage to help it heal, but I might have to wait till I get back to the states to get that or ultrasound therapy if I am lucky enough
