If not, anyone interested? Supposedly they have an award for biggest club. I'm thinking with the right participation we could NAIL this!!

Carlisle do a fantastic job. The late Chip Miller ( co founder) was a good friend, his son took over, they do Corvettes, Fords everything. Chip understood the hobby like no other.
I purchased a 56 Black/yellow Nomad from Chip in '89/'90 kept it a few years/ made some money. 13k miles. i was second owner...what a car,wow.
Chip purchased the last Corvette challenge car in 89 from me, brand gnu un raced with the labels and all on it.
any carlisle event is really really good to go to...
The only problem I find with this is that it's the same weekend as CED.
the bf and i went in '09 with his car...didn't go last year cause we had just got back from the beach...from the outcomes of the '09 show, i'm willing to say that GM judges look for original over moded cars...just fyi lol
idk about the club thing for the GM show, but i know for P&S, it's hard to out number clubs like NICO, NELOC, etc...
for any carlisle even, i'd really recommend the gate-n-go registration if you are planning on going...

my uncle used to show his 67 Impala SS convertible there...... he won the category he was in a couple years. he doesn't do shows anymore, kind of sad if you ask me.

Went to my first Carlisle show last year..was the P+S (performance and sound I think it was) show..pretty awesome minus it was windy as HELL. Went w RLF last year and going again w them. Wouldn't mine going w you guys to the Nationals...

they made us take our tents down at P&S last year cause of the wind (not that we needed the tents anyway, there was no sun lol) cause some other people's tent blew over and smashed the back window out of a new civic lol i thought i was gonna get blown away
P&S is a good time, not NEAR as crazy as it used to be lol we go every year...GM was good too though
