Karting @ CIR March 19th

I have a date on hold with CIR in Buffalo Grove. Its Saturday March 19th with check in and registration at 5:30pm, safety briefing and suiting up at 6, and then racing from 7 to approximately 8. Afterwards we can go upstairs to their nice bar to have a few drinks and some food. The cost will be $70 per person. It will be a Grand Prix event which is set up where you get 3 20 lap qualifying heats. Top 10 drivers move on to a 20 lap championship race. Now the only problem here is that I need to have all of the expenses paid a week prior and I need to know exactly how many people will be participating a week before the event. Who is in?

I have been there during the week and I have never heard of it being that cheap.

The way that I am having the payments set up is that you just simply pay at the door on the 19th. Currently I set the number off people at 12 but we can have more or less (hopefully more). Deadline to sign up is March 12th. I need to know an exact count by then but if you have a maybe I will count them as "in". Since we are paying at the door we can accept a few last minute additions without penalties but CIR wants a close estimate of the number of attendee's. If any one has questions please ask.

Yes I originally said that because their contract was hard to understand. I called them and found out that if I choose the option to pay at the door then I don't have to put down a down payment.
