    Default Reflashing

Heard nothing but rumors and heresay about being able to get rid of any sort of rev limiter on my Auto 2.2 and changing the shift times between gears and at what RPM they shift. Any truth to this? If it's a noob question I apologize. But, I know this isn't CSS so hopefully I won't get flamed for owning an Auto LT.

true. with a tune you can change rev limits, remove the governor, and change what RPM the transmission shifts at.

not sure about shift speed, but you can probably up the line pressure through the TCU resulting in faster shifts.

I have an auto LT too, sometimes people make jokes here but they're all tongue-in-cheek. people aren't going to flame you here for owning an automatic.

you cant "get rid" of the limiter or governor, you can't only set them to hight values... but yes .. lol just sayin.

You can flash 08's right now and can improve shift pressures with the tables available via HPTuners right now.

I highly advise against any kind of piggy back like a B&M shift plus for firming up shifts.

It's a half assed way to get results IMO.

well you can effectively remove them.

like by setting the governor to 200+mph

I was checking out the B&M ShiftPlus but was kinda iffy on that idea. I've heard of people "upping" the rev limiter. I just want it to be able to shift a little faster cause honestly it takes forever. =\
