We finally have Boost Control tables that work, Cat Warmup Disable, Inj Window timing and a slew of others to control fueling and boost. Fuel Rail Pressure Commanded and Actual also.
We can adjust the Injector Constant for fueling changes.
I've successfully held 95% Boost Control Duty Cycle up top without the TF layer.
Sadly, I cannot maintain enough fuel pressure to run full E85 either with the layer or without even at .95 PE Lambda in the midrange.
