Default Welcome to the chamber 2...

Time has finally come for me to get back in the gym.

is finally back in the gym. I have pictures to put up shortly. I want to re-encourage people to get back into shape, and who better to do it than one of the mods right?

    So here we go.

    Week 0

This is the beginning for me. Not a bad place to start, but if you've seen me before, you know this is a definite letdown from where I was before.

If you want to lose weight and be challenged, Take the insanity workout set from Steve.

I can guarantee that you will get close if not past that.

    That's fine.

I'm going to possibly make branching threads for all of us. Commitment is necessary though.

Getting bigger is pretty simple for the two of us. Him going in the other direction will take work and eating habits that are disciplined.

John has put so many things on here about diet. I think for you, a simple cardio regimen and a changed diet would do that.

I used to be that way. But after my knee surgery, things changed. I still have a high metabolism, but not to the rate you guys do. I was around 165 until I got hurt.

There was one other time back in '08 when I was that light. Then I got introduced to weightlifting. And haven't looked back since.

Start off slow. It'll become an addiction to you. Then it will be fun.

Basketball is a great physical activity for cardio. Stop and go movement so quickly is what the body needs to be able to shed quickly.

this might sound odd..... but i've seriously about doing route running and having my brother pass me a football and find out what workouts they do at the combine.

not only do i want to lose a ton of weight, i want to be in the best damn condition i can be in.
