I wear tight shorts when I do yoga (I wear them underneath my sweat pants when I do my legs as well) .They give a lot of needed support because all that twisting will have your crushing your balls if you try to do it with loose fitting clothes.

Post pics of you with your shirt off (no homo). The one pic I have seen of you you do not look like 13% body fat.

Well after 3 months off from the gym I finally started back 2 weeks ago. Seeing good results as I have already dropped 6 lbs. That is with diet and exercise of course. At 195 right now looking to hit 185 as that is what I consider my optimum healthy weight. Hurts going back after such a long break though, ugh.

All talk no show. Prove you can bench 275 for 3 sets of 12 reps on incline or else you are full of ♠♠♠♠. 275 for 3 sets of 12 means you can incline bench close to 400 lbs for a max on incline. Never seen anyone save a 300 lb steroid injected monster bench 400 lbs on incline.

He also says he can run 4.50 mile which is nearly impossible for a 225 lb person. Guy is so full of ♠♠♠♠ it is coming out of his eyes.

4:50 mile is haulin ass...basically 18 sec per lap off world class track and field athlete...When I ran 2 mile in high school @5'10" 175 lbs, my best first mile split was a 5:04....4:50 not impossible by any stretch but not likely
