I thought with the brfps i couldn't change the base pressure. I don't see anything I can adjust on it. Or does the tune control it? And I'm not sure what you mean about the base pressure is set with vacuum at zero. sorry for the noob questions.

well the BRFS(Boost referenced fuel system) has to recognize boost/vacuum. you have the evap line hooked up to it for a vacuum reference correct? the pressure drops with vacuum and raises 1psi for every 1psi of boost

He doesn't need an actual gauge... so Ross, you can stop posting all that sh1t.

You should be able to buy/rent a gauge that'll connect to the schrader valve that's on/around the Fuel Rail. Easiest/cheapest way to do it.

You can, actually. IIRC, there's a Torx nut/bolt that you can twist to change it. I would recommend leaving it alone though.

Well turns out it was a battery the whole time. I was gone for flood duty and when I got home it was completely dead. I brought it into O'reillys and had them charge it and test it and it wouldn't hold a charge. I should've known it would be something easy but I usually never get that lucky haha

I teed into the vacuum line that goes from the intake mani to the evap deal. Is that the right way or do i have to go on the other side of the evap thing?

Sounds right... but I can't remember for sure. I've only helped install one.

well I finally tested my fuel pressure and it's at 42 psi at idle which is what it should be with the brfps so I don't know what's making it stall. the fuel pressure doens't drop before it stalls or anything but once it stalls it jumps up to 50 like it does when you first turn the key on to prime it... Am I right in saying fuel is good and I should start looking else where?

Air, Fuel, and Spark. 3 key ingredients to a running engine.

I'd find a new tuner, though.

Yeah I'm thinking about saving up for hp tuners because I can't find anyone local with it. the closest person I know is 4+ hours away. Someone told me it sounds like the injector pulse is a little too long and is flooding it out. Could that be the problem?

Without a doubt. You have a highly modified car that requires constant attention and adjustment... you'd be a fool not to pick up an HPT cable.

When I turn the key on and leave the engine off is the fuel pressure supposed to stay at 50 psi? Or do I no longer have a check valve without the stock fpr?
