Not many posts from cavaliers here so i thought i would share my s/c eco build.
Parts When they first came in












Striped and painted the blower. The color is a sliver blue.

Taking her apart



Installed the H/E

Installed intake manifold

All installed still need oil catch can and have to move battery to the trunk so i can still use my AEM cold air intake




Yes the hood is open.


It runs very well im seeing about 7-8 psi but i love whine now.
Plans for next year is LS1 tb and a 2.9 pulley and im thinking 60lbs injectors and a tune of course.

LS4 tb wont work on a j.

the lsj community doesnt seem to have much luck with the bigger tb's. bad idle, very sensitive throttle, poor driveability. in the long run, most people swap them back out for stock.

nice j tho, look stock from the outside, love it.

there is a few cavaliers with a s/c going with the LS1 tb this year ill have to wait and see how it works out for them. and thanks.

np.just that a larger tb was tested ad infinitum by GM didnt work, and the tuner crowd best they could say was "it makes more power under the curve" bs.
the power curve is just that. aint nothing gained in torque and power and a whole lot of driveability issues that make it like a noisy loud exhaust. not worth it.
