    Default LNF Pwerks kit help

Ok i have a pwerks turbo kit in my car right now and im having an issue. No matter how much i turn the boost controller up it will not go past 16-17lbs. Its never done this before it was holding 20 before without a problem and now all of a sudden it cant hold 16-17. To the best of my knowledge it has a 14lb spring in the wastegate. What could be causing this issue

Or an exhaust leak pre-turbo. Both should be checked.

How are the boost lines ran to the wastegate, what wastegate are you using?

its a tial mvs 38mm. i would say its a boost leak if you ask me.. but theres a ton of things to check.... exhaust leak pre turbo etc. jsut go through eveyrthing that you have done...vacumn lines, exhaust parts and so forth. check everything.

This. If it's the V-Band inlet kit, make sure thats centered up and the Clamp is tightened down well!

Edit: Also, did you insert that stuffer piece into the bottom of the wastegate when you attached it? If that's not there it will make a pre-turbo leak as well.

This. But that should be quite noticeable and loud, unless you have a Recirc.

Matt O... on your car, are your guys still using the stock LNF drain? On this and the previous set-up?

Just curious. I'm debating between 2 manifolds, and one would require me to plug that drain and run it into the oil pan... was just curious as to whether or not you guys had already developed a plug.
