    Question 4T40E gear selector adjustment

    looking for how to adjust the gear selector box that sits on the transmission if you don't have the handy little special tool. The selector is one off so right now 4=3, 3=2 etc.
    any other tips for doing this.

    if youre talking bout the actual switch, you just loosen the bolts and rotate the switch. put the trans in park and make sure the car starts. same for neutral.
