It's my understanding that the injectors are a limiting factor on how fast I can spin my stock LSJ.
But do we know how fast we can spin one w/o the injector upgrade?

depends on your afr
around 12.0afr at 7000-7200rpm ive found idc to hover around 90%
So I'm probably stuck huh?![]()

he haz 93, nm u drew movd so he haz 93 also....
would octane matter for flow? (other than say e85 obv.)
Could go slightly leaner w/o detonation with more octane as you don't need the same amount of fuel cooling.

stock blower goes home for lunch at 6500 what do you want to rev higher for? No reason bubbba
That said you still want a proper AFR and if I ever get this thing to a race it will spend time in the upper RPM ranges unlike a drag car.

not closer, but you would stay closer to peak power i spose
here is a gear chart for your axle ratio
draw a vertical line from one gear trace to the next at the 6500 level. then see where it puts you. then look at your peak torque and see where you are. I am saying categorically, you dont need to rev more; other than 1st gear, you fall right into the heart of the torque curve at 4500 rpm or better
its like flying a plane; no guess work please
