Under acceleration getting a shake or a wobble in 3rd and 4th. It only happens under close to or WOT. Not sure if it's a axle issue or what. Any ideas?

axle? hope it is not the trans 3rd gear is weak for you.
I dont think it's the trans it does it in any gear with a good load. Can get much of a load in 2nd because of all the tire spin.

hope it ain't the trans. But it's probably a cv going or something. You need to get your ass back up to me so we can tune the car (since you changed the fuel pump and turbo lol) and take a look at the axles and whatnont.
Probably a bent halfshaft or CV joint thats shot. If the halfshafts end up checking out ok it may be something clutchish related where the vibration is being eaten up by the motor mounts until they are forced to maximum deflection (WOT).
motor mount, control arm bushing, hole in axle or even possible outer tie rod
Check the inner cv's..You can tell just by how much the axle moves
maybe you forgot to lube the muffler bearing?
Well i got powells trans mounts and cabs so im sure they are fine. I have a old ass zzp polly motor mount thats kinda shot. Dss2 axle on divers side and stocker on passenger side, but those look ok. oh and a exedy clutch with one of powells 4.45 trans that still shifts like a dream. i think im going to start with that motor mount seeing as i have been getting wheel hop these days

Check the control arm bushings. When everything mount wise is stiff, they tend to wear out quickly

Yea my stock cabs were shot only after 20,000miles.
Hey john do you have any recommendation on a upper mount? No one seems to make a good one.

i would not change it unless it is worn out in which case, new stock.
gotta get rid of poly anywhere. and check your tires for pressure/balance/beltshift and lugs for tite...
eh I doubt it's the motor mount, that thing was fine when it came out of my car. It's the originaly ZZP poly upper engine mount lol.
it had a slight crack in the poly, but I doubt that's whats causing it. I was making more power than you and it didn't shake lol.
yea we will see about that I'm kinda scared to see how much power this thing is going to make on a stock engine.
