sweet thanks john btw what was the problem with them anyways?

wrong materia = corrosion. ur slippery lube is good but does not trump wrong material. its strong enough, it just rusts.

oh ok gotcha yea i looked under the car and saw some rust on the tab behind the bolt but could have sworn i seen same thing on the cabs too lol it was dark and i was tired tho

if the leading delrin is circliped in place on the shaft they are not mine and sucks to be you/. the spherical joint will show some corrosion above the weatherproof seal tahts normal like rust on the bolt heads on the cradle bolts etc.

what do you mean by circliped in place? there was no clips just pins two delrin black bushings per side and two o rings
-

haha sweet ill get the ucrs and new pins installed until then ill deal with squeeky squeek and hope it warms up lol

Shouldn't really squeak even on the old pins. Mine were silent after I properly sized the bushings for the pins with a sand flapper wheel on a dremel. Even when they were all cruddy looking, they were completely silent. Be careful though. The pins should have no play, but you should be able to spin the pin by hand.
When you install the stainless pins, again, BEFORE you lube, make sure you can insert and spin the pin by hand. Then add the lube, and you're all set. Should be noise free after you size the bushings correctly, and get the new pins.

johns sending me new pins with my ucrs so when i get them both installed ill make sure i tell them those notes since they dont work on many cobalts lol

Unless you're taking it to a specialty shop, I can pretty much guarantee the bushings aren't gonna get sized correctly.
