    there is also a bellhousing made by chevy that converts an ecotec to a rear engine rear wheel drive porsche transaxle . Just sold one last month along with a 2.4 eco to go into a '60's dune buggy . Gonna be a rocket...

    GM already made rwd Ecos. They were called Solstice and Sky in the states and GT in Europe. Iirc, they used the Asain AR-5 transmission and the rear axle from the Colorado/Canyon/H3.

    The AR5 was shared with the 355 trucks, just with a different bellhousings. the rear axle is completely different.
    I need to engage in homicidal activity on a massive scale......
