why would they even make a spark? isnt it nearly the same exact thing as the sonic?? (hatch version of the sonic anyway)

I thought that the horsepower on the Cruze and Sonice was lame. Seems the 1.2 on the Spark is going to have a fire breathing 80 hp

The Spark is a city car, while the Sonic is a Sub Compact. The size difference is the same as Cruze and Sonic.
