cant get it directly through verizon though. so your payin off the ying yang, my dads truck was grandfathered and he still have verizon on his onstar.

...at a cost of $0.12 per minute to the paying subscriber. That's why I just plug my phone into the radio and enjoy hand free calling that way.

To the OP, as it has been said already, there is no way to make it work on a vehicle that isn't already compatible. The apps won't allow it even if you were able to switch out the vehicle computer for one that is compatible, which can be done on some vehicles like the 07-08 Tahoe.
