    Strip it. LSJ swap. Racecar.

LOL! Let's not pretend that GM stuff is as compatible with other GM models like Honda stuff is. Othersise, I'd consider it. Be a good competitor for the local K20 Fit racecar.

The issue now is all the different damn ECMs that you cant self tune, an LNF would fit in a Sonic. And of course it does fit in the Cruze.

How easy of a swap would it be though? Strictly mechanical. Are the cradles/cradle mount holes somewhat the same? That the beauty of a lot of the Honda and Volkswagen swaps... drop the subframes w/ engine and trans from one car... insert them in the other car.

As far as the ECU... scrap the stock stuff, run Cobalt stuff... or a stand-alone, since its a racecar, and all. What does the Sonic weigh?

Does anyone like the guage clusters in the Sonic's? I don't really care for them.

    I like that white one.

As far as the cluster goes... idk. Looks like a sportbike cluster.

Funny you should say that. That's exactly what they were going for.

They succeeded then. I wouldn't mind it. At least you can use the Tach, unlike in the HHR SS.

I think the white car with these wheels and a LSJ or LNF drivetrain would be awesome.

Or a Cobalt if the steering wheel is set right

Cluster is clean and simple, but tach's should be in the middle and prominent. Speedo's are for lying to cops anyways

I'd kill for a set-up similar, if not identical, to that for the GTI. Replace the MPG with my Coolant and Oil temps...... golden.
